I have been working in theatre, film and television for 18 years. My passion is telling stories that make a difference. I want to make films and theatre productions that change the way that people think and act. I have a disability but I don't let that stop me from making my dream of filmmaking come true. I've worked really hard to be where I am today and I will continue to work.

Ella has been involved in the creative world for as long as she can remember and is never happier than when she can be surrounded by creativity. However she also has an extensive binder collection, too many to-do lists to count and is a sucker for a well scheduled and productive day.
